User
Livestock Risk Protection (LRP)

Any individual, agricultural producer, or legal entity that accesses our digital resources or utilizes our expert insurance advisory services for agricultural risk management.

A federally subsidized insurance product designed to protect producers against a decline in market price for their livestock during a specified coverage period.

PRF Protection
Effective Date

The Pasture, Rangeland, and Forage (PRF) insurance program, which provides financial protection against rainfall deficiency based on localized NOAA indices.

The date these Terms of Service were most recently updated and became applicable to all Users accessing We Protect Farms, LLC digital resources.

User Responsibilities

  • Accuracy of Information: To ensure the provision of precise risk management and tailored insurance solutions for your agricultural operation, you agree to provide complete, truthful, and up-to-date information at all times.
  • Authorized Use: The resources, tools, and content provided on this platform are intended strictly for lawful, non-commercial use by individuals and entities engaged in ranching and farming activities.
  • Account Security and Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any proprietary documentation shared during consultations with our specialists.
  • Restricted Activities: Any actions intended to compromise the integrity of our digital platforms, including the unauthorized use of automated scrapers to extract market indices or livestock data, are strictly prohibited.
